Don't worry it is not a one night event its a whole week so whatever your plans you will manage (hopefully) to secure a table along the week. All staff on the nights will be employees dating back to when we first opened our doors onto Norton high street in 2003. Two decades of culinary excellence, warm memories, and delightful moments wouldn't have been possible without the support of our valued Cafe Lilli friends. An acoustic singer songwriter from the North East of England, she has been playing the guitar since the age of 12. Annabel has played at some amazing venues such as The Sage Gateshead, The Jacaranda Liverpool, The Garage London and The Cluny Newcastle. She performs regularly across the North East and is coming to Cafe Lilli for the second time this day.
Our infamous Dolce Vita event returns once again for the second time this year! We are brining the true taste of Dolce Vita to Cafe Lilli, providing the best of the best Italian food and drinks. Hetty and the Jazzato band will be returning from London to provide a classic Italian atmosphere! This is one not to be missed!
Kinfauns Featuring lead singer of highly acclaimed band The Southmartins, Andy Johnson and BBC Folk Awards finalist, Amelia Coburn, Kinfauns is a unique side-project from these two superb singers and musicians. Digging deep into the darker corners of rock and pop from the past 50 years the duo’s repertoire will equally surprise and enthrall. From the post-punk, synth-pop and Indie anthems of The Smiths, Yazoo and The Cure to alternative gems by The Strokes or The Velvet Underground they shine a light on some of their favourite songwriters with acoustic, harmony-soaked twists on the originals. Both Andy and Amelia travel the UK and beyond in their own right and this rare appearance from the Kinfauns duo is genuinely not to be missed and pre-booking essential!
